Kathy Weidman
founded MoonBeam Group in 1998. She has over 23 years
of experience as a senior level executive and consultant, and has
been CEO, President and/or Chairman of the board for five companies
that have faced financial, operational, cultural, organizational
and strategic issues. She has managed companies through turbulent
changes and transitions, leading those companies into
successful futures. She has provided guidance through restructurings,
refinancing, raising capital, Initial Public Offering preparation,
corporate strategy development, marketing and sales development,
formulation of business models and plans, and positioning
companies to merge, acquire or be acquired.
