She has managed companies through turbulent changes and transitions, leading those companies into successful futures. She has provided guidance through restructurings, refinancing, raising capital, Initial Public Offering preparation, corporate strategy development, marketing and sales development, formulation of business models and plans, and positioning companies to merge, acquire or be acquired.
