Kathy is the founder and CEO of MoonBeam Group. She has over 23 years of experience as a senior level executive and consultant, and has been CEO/President of five companies that have faced financial, operational, cultural, organizational and strategic issues. She has managed companies through turbulent changes and transitions, successfully leading those companies into successful futures. She has provided guidance through refinancing, raising capital, Initial Public Offering preparation corporate strategy development, marketing and sales development, formulation of business models and plans, raising capital, positioning companies to merge, acquire or be acquired, and general business consulting.

Kathy has held an Interim CEO/Chairman of the Board position with Swan Technologies, an Interim CEO position with EC Cubed, a Vice President of Worldwide Operations position with Avid Technologies, a $450 million company a business-to-business e-commerce tools company, an Interim CEO position for The Post Group, a $30 million video post production company in California, an Interim President position with Henninger Media Services, and she provides on-going strategic consulting as a board member for a variety of companies.
